Starting (7-2-2024) Pennsylvania American (PA) American Water & Fidelity Contracting, LLC will begin a sewer and water reconstruction project on Charles Street between Strode Ave & S. Church St.  Due to the nature of this project, residents will experience daily road closures (Monday-Friday) during working hours (7am-5pm) only. Emergency vehicles and residents will be impacted, but will have neighborhood access. The streets directly impacted will be Charles and S. Church with minor delays.
