Parking ticket disputes can be submitted in writing to the City of Coatesville Administration Office or through the online dispute form on the city’s website. Please advise, this form must be completed and submitted within 48 hours of issuance of parking ticket. Vehicle registration renewals can be completed online or locally at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, or online through the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation website. To renew online you will need your registration plate number, title number, insurance information, odometer reading, a valid credit card, and a printer. At the end of the transaction, you will be given the opportunity to print a receipt and a permanent registration credential. PennDOT will no longer mail a registration card for registrations renewed online. To report a pothole on your street, contact the City of Coatesville Public Works Department at  (610) 384-0300 or submit a compliant form to the Codes department. Additionally, PennDOT reminds motorists that potholes and other roadway concerns on state roads can be reported by calling 1-800-FIX-ROAD (1-800-349-7623) or visiting www.penndot.pa.gov and clicking on “Submit Concern.”

You can pay your PECO bill online by visiting the PECO website, logging into your account, and following the payment instructions provided.  You can make online payments through a credit card/checking account via a PECO online account.
