Amending Chapter 218, Vehicles and Traffic, § 218-7, Loading Zones, subsection C(3)(C) by deleting “Church Street, North (entire block)” from the list of school zones; and subsection C(3)(B) by adding “Church Street, North (entire block) to the list of passenger loading zones
