amending the Code of the City of Coatesville, Chester County, Part I: Administrative Legislation, Chapter 2, Charter Article II, City Council, §2-209, Compensation Subsection B, by deleting Subsection B in its entirety; and Part I: Administrative Legislation, Chapter 51, Salaries and Compensation, by establishing §51-10, Compensation of Council Members, increasing and setting the rate of compensation from $2,100.00 for Council President to $3,780.00 for Council President; and from $1,800.00 for Councilpersons to $3,240.00 for Councilpersons.
