Providing for the Amendment of the Coatesville Zoning Ordinance of 1995, as amended, and as codified at Chapter 224 of the City of Coatesville Code, regarding Article II, terminology, §224-8, definitions by adding definitions for “Indoor Recreation” and “performing Arts Center”; and Article XII, Flats Redevelopment District, §224-102, Flats Redevelopment District (FRD) Overlay District, by deleting and replacing the section in its entirety.
