Amending Chapter 108-1 “Fees” (Subsection U.9) for use of the Community Center to require a minimum charge of $200.00 for four hours of use ($50.00 per hour), $75.00 for each additional hour of use, $150.00 dollar security deposit (refundable if returned in same condition) and a $25 application fee; additionally a new Section (1.1) is added imposing a penalty of $25.00 for failure to pay in advance for any recreational use fee.
