amending Part II, General legislation, Chapter 82, Building Construction, Article IV, Vacant Premises, §82-23, Exemption, of the General Laws of the City of Coatesville, by deleting and replacing §82-23 in is entirety with new content that specifically references the adopted version of the International Property Maintenance Code, and repealing all other Ordinance and parts of Ordinance in conflict therewith
