lease the City’s property located at 201 South Mount Airy Road, Valley Township, County of Chester, UPI No. 38-2-30, to Trina Sola US SBU, LLC, for purposes of constructing and operating a solar energy generation facility for a twenty year term, with options for two five year extension, with an annual rental payment of not less than sixty-two thousand five hundred dollars, and payment of rents commencing at the start of construction of the solar facility and continuing annually on the anniversary date thereof for the term of the lease.
