Ordinance No. 1496 2017

requiring all person, partnerships, businesses and corporations to obtain a permit for any construction or development; providing for the issuance of such permits ; setting forth certain minimum requirements for new construction and development within areas of the city of Coatesville which are subject to flooding; and establishing penalties for any persons who fail, or refuse to comply with, the requirements or provisions of the Floodplain Conservation Overlay District (FC); and accomplishing same by amending Article VIII of the Zoning Ordinance and replacing the existing subsections 224-21 through 224-28 with the newly stated provisions identified herein.
