Granting conditional approval of the request to modify the conditional approval previously granted pursuant to Resolution Nos. 2022-20, 2019-15, and 2018-11 for the Amended Final Land Development Plan of DEPG Coatesville Associates, LP, to permit closing to occur on or before January 31, 2023;
